- Arrival in Kathmandu:
Welcome at Tribhuvan International Airport with a flower garland.
- Transfer to 3 / 4 / 5 star hotel in Kathmandu:
The Kathmandu hotel, offering a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility.
- Afternoon:
Check-in and relax at the hotel. Explore the surroundings for a peaceful walk around the verdant grounds.
- Evening:
Wellness & Healing Course (1-2 hours): Introduction to your healing program, focusing on gentle meditation and relaxation exercises.

- Morning:
Yoga & Meditation (1-2 hours): On the second day's morning, we will have some guided private yoga and meditation sessions in the serene courtyard or possibly at the yoga home. You can relax and focus on yoga. Thereafter, we will have breakfast.
There is no hurry. You can take the time during the yoga and meditation sessions and during the breakfast hours.
- After Breakfast:
Guided tour of Pashupatinath: Situated 5 kilometers east of Kathmandu City, Pashupatinath temple is one of the holiest temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated amidst a lush green natural setting on the bank of the sacred Bagmati river, the temple built in pagoda style has jilted roof and richly carved silver doors Visitors will be permitted to view the temple from the east bank of Bagmati River, entrance in the temple being strictly forbidden to all non Hindus Pashupatinath is the centre of annual pilgrimage on the day of shivaratri which falls in the month of February/March. Behind the temple are the cremation grounds.
Boudhanath: This Stupa, 8 kilometers east of Kathmandu City, is one of the biggest in the world of its kind. It stands with four pairs of eyes in the four cardinal directions keeping watch for righteous behaviour and human prosperity. This Buddhis Stupa was built by King Man Deva at the advice of the Goddess Mani Jogini. It is built on an octagonal base inset with prayer wheels. The shrine is ringed by houses of Lamas or Buddhist priests.
Kathmandu Durbar Square: One of the most popular tourist destinations that is enlisted in World Heritage Sites. Clustered around the central Durbar Square are the old Royal Palace (Hanuman Dhoka), numerous interesting temples, the Kumari Chowk or Kumari Bahal (House of the Living Goddess) and the Kasthamandap (House of Wood) from which Kathmandu derived its present name. An inquisitive exploration in the Durbar Square reveals the ancient art and architecture of Nepal which has proved to be a masterpiece to everyone accepting its genuineness.
- Evening:
Wellness & Spa (1-2 hours): Later, you will have the session of Ayurvedic massage at the wellness center. After the session, you will return to your hotel.

- Morning:
Enjoy breakfast. Further proceed for the morning flight to Pokhara, a 25-minute scenic flight. During the flight, you will witness the beautiful views of the Annapurna mountain range (including peaks like Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre) and the surrounding valleys.
- Arrival in Pokhara:
We will drive to the Dhampus village from Pokhara. It will take around 1.5 hours to reach Dhampus from Pokhara. Upon reaching the Dhampus, we will check into the luxury lodge or boutique mountain retreat. You can relax in your room.
We will go for a short walk to the nearby viewpoint for the sunset views. There will also be some restorative yoga sessions in the best spot available.
- Evening:
After that, we will return to the accommodation place we will be staying tonight. There we will have a delicious dinner and rest in the respective rooms.

- Morning:
After waking up, we will do some outdoor yoga with the sunrise over the Annapurna range accompanying us. It can also be called the most loved time of the day to do yoga. Thereafter, there will be breakfast time with the panoramic Himalayan views.
- Drive to Sarangkot:
We will drive to Sarangkot. Upon reaching there, we will check in to the mountain resort-type accommodation. In the afternoon, there will be a relaxation session at the resort. You will have the option to do a spa or massage. Nothing much is planned for this day, so you can relax.
- Evening:
After that, we will return to the accommodation place we will be staying tonight. There we will have a delicious dinner and rest in the respective rooms.

Enjoy breakfast. Drive to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha.
- Arrival in Lumbini:
Visit the Maya Devi Temple, where Lord Buddha was born. Experience a walking meditation around the temple, followed by a visit to the Lumbini Garden.
- Lunch:
Private lunch near the peaceful surroundings of the Lumbini Garden.
- Afternoon:
Visit the World Peace Pagoda, the Lumbini Museum, and the surrounding monasteries representing various Buddhist traditions. Engage in a short meditation session near the Pagoda.
- Evening:
Check-in to the Lumbini hotel, a luxury hotel with stunning views of Lumbini.
- Dinner:
Enjoy dinner at the hotel.

Necessary Information
You can obtain the Nepalese visa from Nepalese consulate in your country easily or upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. For that, you require a valid passport with 2 copies of passport size photos. Similarly, a visa for Nepal can be obtained at Nepal India border entry point at Birgunj, Nepalgunj, Kakadvitta, Bhairahawa, Gaddachowki and Kodari on the Nepal China border. A15/30/90 day multiple entries Nepalese visa can be obtained by paying USD 30/50/125 or equivalent foreign currency respectively. We operate Wellness Tour throughout the year.
There are different categories of hotels, from budget tourist standard hotels to 5 star hotels along with boutique hotels in Nepal.
We use comfortable and reliable private tourist car, jeep, vans or microbuses to transport our guests. These lightweight vehicles are maneuverable in the narrow roads of Nepal. You will have a vehicle, a guide and a licensed driver at your disposal at all times. We use our own Fleet service for Transportation.
Size and type of vehicle depend on size of your group. We use two-seater car for 1-2 persons, micro luxury 6-seater van for 3-5 persons, 10-seater van for 6-9 persons and tourist coach or coaster for group size above 10 persons. Our drivers are specially trained to serve in the hospitality industry. The vehicles are checked carefully before assigning to your service.
Tips are not mandatory. However you can tip your support team if you wish for, according to your budget and appreciation of their work. Normally, tip amounts for 5-10% of your total budget. All fees to sightseeing places stated in tour package are included in our cost.
Clothing varies with the type of tour and season. From April to the end of October, it is warm in Kathmandu. In Nepal clothing for traveling purpose should be comfortable and light. You can also wear longer shorts provided that it is weather- friendly. In the months of November to the end of March, days are usually warm and evenings are cool. Put on your summer clothes during the day time but in the evening and night it is advisable to carry a light jacket. Winter season starts from December to February. One must be equipped with sufficient winter wears like jackets, sweaters, trousers etc to stay protected from the cold. In accordance to Nepali weather you can have your clothes well-packed in your luggage or you can also purchase clothes of your choice and needs from the clothing stores in Nepal.
Your booking of this tour will be confirmed by email once we receive your deposit of 20% of the total trip and the signed copy of booking form and contract. The balance is due no later than two months prior to departure. If you book a tour less than 2 months prior to departure, you must send the full payment within 7 days of confirmation by us.
If you cancel your booking, the following scale of charges will apply:
2 months before departure – Loss of deposit (20% of the total trip)
29 days to 2 months before departure – 30% of total trip cost
10 to 28 days before departure – 60% of total trip cost
Less than 10 days before departure – 100% of total trip cost
