Geeta Sharma has completed her Masters Degree in English Literature and Lata Sharma has completed her Masters Degree in Management with Rural Studies.

Even before they had finished their university education they were already working in their respective fields and further started working in tourism industry in Nepal. With continuous encouragement from their mother, both the women started Raj Bala Treks & Expedition. Since beginning of the operation, they got the opportunity to welcome many discerning travelers from all over the world on their perfectly designed and well organized trips. Gradually working harder they succeeded in taking their company to the greater heights.

We are registered with the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation under the rules and regulations of the Government of Nepal. Since from beginning we hold the membership of Trekking Agencies' Association of Nepal (TAAN), Kathmandu Environment Educational Program (KEEP), Village Tourism Promotion Forum Nepal (VITOF-Nepal), Nepal Tourism Board (NTB),Nepal Canyoning Association (NCA) and Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA).
