Arun valley trekking is really non touristy trekking trail in Nepal .Arun valley trekking is between two highest mountains, Everest and Makalu . Sherpa, Rai and Limbus are the main inhabitants of Arun valley region. Walking north up the Arun river to Sedua and Num, then crossing Barun La 4110m.into the upper Barun khola valley for a close look at Makalu. Arun valley trek requires stamina and fitness to fully appreciate the beauty of the region. which provides some outstanding mountain views. Commencing with a flight to Tumlingtar to the East of Everest, the first week is spent trekking through virgin territory into the Solu Khumbu region before a push up on the main Everest trail to Kala Pattar for tremendous close ups of Everest, Nuptse and Lhotse along with many others before a journey back to Lukla and a flight to Kathmandu.

Outlined Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Katmandu (1334m), transfer Hotel and wel come diner. Day 02: Trek preparation day , briefing about the Arun valley trekking. Day 03: Katmandu by flight to Tumlingtar (937). Day 04: Tumlingtar to Chyawabesi (280m). Day 05: Chyawabesi to Kothe. Day 06: Kothe to Salpa Phedi (1680m). Day 07: Salpa Phedi to Sanam (2850m) via Guranse (2880m). Day 08: Sanam to Bung. (1900m) Day 09: Bung to Gai kharka (2300m). Day 10: Gai kharka to Puiyan (2230m). Day 11: Puiyan to Phakding (2830m). Day 12: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3480m). Day 13: Namche Bazaar Acclimatization. (Hike to Thame for Himalayan scenery, visit Monastery & wildlife Animals) Day 14: Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche (3890m) Day 15: Tyangboche to Pheriche (4250m) Day 16: Pheriche to Lobuche (4910m) Day 17: Lobuche to Gorakshep (5180m) ,after lunch continue to Everest base camp (5500m) and overnight at Gorakshep. Day 18: Gorakshep early in the morning hike to kalapattar (5545m) for best Himalayan views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse , Amadablam , Thamserku etc. and lunch at Lobuche and overnight at Dingboche (4345m) Day 19: Dingboche to Tyangboche (3890m) Day 20: Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar Day 21: Namche Bazaar to Lukla Day 22: Lukla by flight Katmandu. Day 23: Fly out from Kathmandu.
